Registration - required for ALL families
This is just a reminder...Wednesday, May 18th from 3:30 pm to 8:30 pm in the MPR is Registration. All families are to attend with completed forms and documentation of residency within our district. Students will not be placed on any class list or bus rosters until registration is complete.

Registration Night May 18 for ALL families
From the Principal's Weekly:
Wednesday, May 18th, all families are expected to come to school and register their children from 3:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. Registration packets were sent home with the necessary materials and requirements. Please remember to bring a real estate document or lease, one utility bill, and your Illinois drivers license with the current address.
Students will not be re-enrolled until residency within our school district boundaries can be verified. After your proof of residency we will accept bus payment and book fee payments. We will gladly accept medical forms if you have them available.

PTC Raffle Winners
On May 13th, raffle prize winners were treated to a ride in a Norridge Police Car and a Norwood Park Fire Department truck. Many thanks to the parents that supported the PTC raffle.

From our Social Worker
Pennoyer's service continues!
Pennoyer School Social Worker would like to thank everyone for participating in this year's Pennies for Patients fundraiser for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
Last year we raised $880 in 3 weeks, this year we doubled that and brought in over $1600 for them. Way to go!
There were 5 classes that brought in over $100 and several others that came close to the $100 mark. Three grades brought in over $200 each:1st grade ($211), 2nd grade ($219) and 6th grade ($237). Five grades brought in over $100 each: Kindergarten , 4th grade, 5th grade, 7th grade and 8th grade. Third grade came so close with $98.
The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society donates a $50 gift card to the grade that raises the most money (and if the school raises over $500). Ms. Stutzman is submitting the paperwork for the 6th grade, who raised the most, to receive this gift card for class party.
Congratulations again to everyone for all their hard work!

Pennoyer students took to the high seas this week, with their musical production of Pirates. The play was directed by Ms. Petergal. Participating students were from grades five through eight. Great job, mateys!
