Pennoyer School faculty, staff, and students, would like to thank all those that have shared their talent and time with us. We could not offer the many fine programs and extra curricular activities to our students without your assistance. Please take time to view the two minute video showing our appreciation for all the good that you do!
Students in grade three were asked to read a biography of a notable person. They could choose a sports figure, a political figure, a pop star, or a historical figure. Next, they were to learn seven to ten facts about their person of choice. Students were then asked to dress as their noted character. Students were "on display" in the gym and posed as though wax figures. When a spectator would approach, the student would introduce their character and share the important facts they had learned. The students did an outstanding job. Mrs. Dylag coached and worked with students on this project. Kudos to Grade 3. In the attached pictures you will see Dave Crocket, Lady Gaga, Martin Luther King Jr., Nikola Telsa and Marilyn Monroe.
Have a safe and happy long weekend – school resumes on Tuesday!
